Refunds Policy

The Security Outlet Limited, trading as The Security Outlet is committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refunds policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@thesecurityoutlet.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.

2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

2.3. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.4. Please allow up to 14-21 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
