4.1. All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
4.2. We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before the products are dispatched.
4.3. If the price of a product has been incorrectly displayed on our website, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment made.
Delivery
5.1. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5.2. We use reputable courier services to deliver our products. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier.
Returns and Refunds
6.1. We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
6.2. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned products and have confirmed their condition.
